# Flowcharts

Flowcharts visualize processes, algorithms, decision trees, and user journeys. They show step-by-step progression through a system or workflow.

## Basic Syntax

```mermaid
flowchart TD
    A --> B
```

**Directions:**
- `TD` or `TB` - Top to Bottom (default)
- `BT` - Bottom to Top
- `LR` - Left to Right
- `RL` - Right to Left
